The breakfast was great and all the food was excellent. It was immaculate, perfect and in the attic bedroom.

I was almost ready to leave a great review, until i noticed the uncomfortable mattresses and the fact that the bedding was so basic, not quite what one would expect for the price point. The lack of proper sea air ventilation woudl ve been nice. Honestly, a complimentary gesture would have been appreciated after these inconveniences.

Arrived at 1630 and no one answered the door bell. Returned three times in the next hour and still no one came to the door. Eventually had to find other accommodation. No way to run a business and from the view of the entrance area your review of 9.2 Superb is a nonsense.

The view of Newquay Bay from our double room was spectacular. Brian and Julie were friendly and made us very welcome. The cooked breakfasts were wonderful. The room was clean and bright with two windows and it had room for a couple of chairs to sit and admire the view. The dining area and other public areas were also clean and bright. We plan to return in the future.

We had a warm stay for the four nights.
We got room with great decor and a clean bathroom to relax. This accommodation was in the very central location to the harbour which is a lovely place to spend the evening. The stuff was amiable and lovely and the owner too.

Overlooking Towan beach & the harbour was a joy to behold every time I looked out of the window. This was my best holiday for years. My two sons took full advantage of the beach,as did I,We could walk to the beach in minutes(barefoot sometimes)to do some body boarding or swimming,or just to stroll along the bay when the tide was out.Idealy situated for amenities, Seashells has everything you could want from a seaside holiday on the British isles, whatever the season.I will be back.

Super cozy stay!
Brian and Julie were super nice! The breakfasts were so good, especially the local sausage. Our room had an amazing view of the harbor, but I wish the windows opened wider for easy. It's a bit loud at night, but that's Newquay for ya!

The fine sea views from our room, especially with our grandchild in tow. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts every morning, and exploring nearby attractions provided plenty of fun for all ages, including an evening of live music.
My wife says that a small play area for kids would enhance family enjoyment.

The staff was very pleasant. The sleeping room was newly refurbished and looked brand new (painting, bed, shower). The place was really clean.
